Christmas Exhibition 2025 Entries are called for the Christmas 2025 Exhibition. This exhibition is for Hornsby Art Society Members only. There is limit of up to 5 works per entry. Please complete the details for as many as you are entering.
Conditions of entry and presentation of work Please review the General Conditions of Entry and the Presentation of Artworks below. For this exhibition we will accept works on paper that have been mounted on mat board, and are protected with clear florist grade cellophane or suitable alternative sleeves. Works mounted like this may be hung using paper clips which the Society will provide, or they may be grouped for customers to flip through. Also this exhibition will accept works that have been previously exhibited.
Fees and payments Entry fee is $10 per work for the first three entered, and no charge after that up to maximum number. Payment by BSB or PayPal. Please note that a condition of entry is that you undertake at least one shift as a guide, and you should use SignUp to volunteer,

I certify that my entries are my original work and do not breach another artist’s copyright or intellectual property. I give permission for photos of my work(s) to be used in the promotions of this and other exhibitions of the Hornsby Art Society. I acknowledge that I am responsible for all costs incurred in the presentation, delivery and collection of artworks. Check before submission
Before submitting you application, please make sure that your works meet the requirements for this exhibition. Once the work is submitted, it is very hard for us to alter details because catalogs, labels, entry sign off sheets are all generated from your submission and will not be changed. We will check works as they are dropped off, and works that do not meet the presentation standards will be rejected and not accepted.Details of the works agree with details submittedWorks meet the presentation standards (semi circular D rings, not triangular, edges of canvas painted etc.)
