Tony Belobrajdic workshop
Tony Belobrajdic will be running a workshop on using watercolours at Beatrice Taylor hall.
The workshop will involve about 4 paintings, on a range of subjects.
Tony made the following suggestions about what to bring:
“I don’t have anything specific required for the Workshop. Whatever people already have. Basically watercolour set of paints and paper and brushes of course.
What I suggest for the people who may be totally new in Watercolour medium is W&N Cotman series of half pan paints in a set , or tubes, but set is better, one large size sheet of watercolour paper, Saunders is my preference, cold pressed, not rough, rough texture can be challenging for beginners and one or two large size ( 18 or so ) rounded, not flat, watercolour brush.
This large size can be divided and cut to four 1/4 sheets which is good size to paint at the table.
If people have already bought paper in blocks, also ok. I really don’t recommend $2 shop Mont Martre watercolour paper.”
If you would like to come to this workshop, please make a reservation on the this SignUp.
After you have checked there is space and you reserved a spot then please go to this payment page and pay for the day. The cost is $75 for members.
