July demonstration Working with colour Kelsey Hart

This will be a “hands on” session, so you can either observe or join in as you wish.
Should you wish to take part, Kelsey suggests the following.
“Bring whatever paints you normally use. A basic list of 9 colours would be best.Warm colours
- Cadmium red or similar hue
- Cadmium yellow or similar hue
- Ultramarine blue
Cool colours
- Alizarin crimson or similar hue
- Lemon yellow
- Cerulean blue or similar hue
Earth colours
- Yellow ochre
- Burnt sienna
- Raw umber
Some sheets of paper (some type of oil painting paper if you use oil paints), a ruler and a pencil.We will have fun exploring some colour combinations. I will also some differences in various paints and pigments.”

This year all demonstrations are on Sunday afternoon, from 2pm to 4:30 pm
The demonstration is held in Beatrice Taylor Hall, behind Wallarobba at 25 Edgeworth David Avenue.
Demonstrations are for members and visitors, there is no charge, tea and coffee are provided and there is free parking available.
