Liz Wilson is an artist Artist jeweller and tutor working with sterling silver, gold and semi precious stones
Next Month we return to our Monday evening demonstrations and we are delighted to have HAS member Liz Wilson join us to demonstrate Jewellery Making. Liz says “For me jewellery is as much an art form as any other, and so every piece of jewellery should be unique and make a statement.I have spent almost 30 years creating jewellery, and love the process of creation almost as much as the results. My work has always been greatly influenced by the natural world. Since moving to Sydney 10 years ago, I have been struck most particularly by the forms of the plants and trees. They are so unusual and unexplored compared to other motifs found elsewhere in the world that they have left a strong impression on my work.”
