About the 9 x 5 Exhibition – Famously held in Melbourne in 1889, and opened on 17 August, this celebrated Australian Art Exhibition featured the works of Arthur Streeton, Charles Conder and Tom Roberts, amongst others. The Exhibition has been described as “a celebrated event in Australian art history.”
